Bomb Scare on Two Flights

Two flights were grounded at Delhi Indira Gandhi International airport was grounded today just before their departure from Delhi following a bomb scare. The Kathmandu-bound Nepal Airlines flight and Bhubaneswar-bound Air India flight are which were grounded till security clearance.

All passengers have been deplaned from the aircrafts and the security personnel are screening the aircrafts. There were 4 MPs on board the Air India flight to Bhubaneswar. Security officials are also checking the baggage’s on the two planes.

The authorities rushed into action after receiving a threat call and as per our sources police have tracked the person who called the airport saying there were bombs on the aircraft. The two aircraft have been taken to the isolation bay, where security personnel from Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) are carrying out an extensive search.
