CM KCR in dilemma ?
According to sources, the Speaker had consulted KCR and sought his opinion on accepting the resignation, since there is a pressure on him from all sides, including judiciary.
The TRS president is learnt to have asked his senior colleague and Rajya Sabha member K Keshava Rao to discuss the fallout of Talasani’s resignation with other party leader and take a decision.
Accordingly, Kesava Rao on Saturday went to D Srinivas who recently joined the TRS and discussed the issue. Both reportedly discussed what the party should do, if Talasani’s resignation is accepted.
The Speaker though has discretionary powers on such issues, will have to act and take a decision only when KCR gives his nod. And it is possible only when KCR prepares his mind after taking stock of its ramifications and preparing a plan of action of for Sanathnagar by-poll wherein Yadav’s winning chances are bleak.
