HC orders ICAI to suspend a CA firm

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has been ordered to suspend a firm based on Chartered Accountancy by the Hyderabad High Court for certifying a company falsely. A divisional bench of High Court comprising of Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan and Justice M Satyanarayana Murthy was hearing to a case which has been referred by ICAI, asking HC to take an appropriate action against M/s M. Gang & Co, a firm which was designated as a statutory auditor to a company which allowed its promoters to misuse the money of public.
