High Drama at AP assembly
Andhra Pradesh assembly is witnessing high drama as ruling TDP government headed by CM Chandra Babu Naidu is hellbent on preventing suspended YSRCP MLA Roja enter into the assembly despite High Court orders yesterday. It is known that Roja who was suspended for one year in December on allegations of abusive langauge on CM Chandra Babu fought it out legally and got interim bail yesterday.
Roja with High Court orders in hand yesterday went to the assembly only to be asked to come today. AP Government whidh decided not to give a hoot to the High Court order deployed large number of marshals to prevent Roja from entering the assembly.
Roja who came along with YSRCP president Jagan Mohan Reddy to enter the assembly was prevented and despite Jagan having heated argument with the marshals. Roja vented her anger asking the officials not to indulge in contempt of court.
Jagan staged sit in dharna and then blasted CM Chandra Babu Naidu and his government for the high handed action. He thundered questioning why the elected MLAs were made to stand on roads. He said Chandra Babu is behaving as a dictator and added that he has right to take anyone with him into the assembly by issuing his pass.
