Highlights of Chandrababu,Pawan Kalyan meeting

Janasena party president Pawan kalyan met Andhra pradesh Chief minister Chandrababu naidu today.

Speaking to the media after the meeting, Pawan stated that he had congratulated the Chief minister for laying the foundation stone for AP capital Amaravathi, as he was unable to attend the event. The meeting lasted for about 2 hours.

The issues of land pooling, Bauxite mining and special status to Andhra pradesh state are discussed primarily, said Pawan Kalyan.

Actor turned politician later answered the questions raised by media reporters.

The following are the highlights of the meeting

Jana Sena party will take part in any form of elections till 2019. He made these comments after holding two-hour discussion with AP CM Chandrababu Naidu in Vijayawada.

When media asked him if his party will contest in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation elections, he said, "We don't have that kind of money to contest in elections. There is no question of taking part in any elections till 2019."

He then indirectly ruled out taking part in poll campaigning in the Warangal by-election.

Pawan Kalyan today said Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister assured him that bauxite mining will be taken up in Vizag agency area without hurting the interests of tribals. In fact, the issue of bauxite mining actually surfaced during the government of Dr YS Rajasekhar Reddy.

Pawan kalyan said that he took the problems of the villagers under the capital region to the notice of Chandrababu, who is said to have assured that lands will not be taken away by force under land pooling system.

Pawan kalyan urged the CM to look into problems of the rest of the state instead of focusing completely on Amaravati.

In reply to a question from the media reporter, Pawan Kalyan stated that he would react on the special status issue after the central BJP Government makes a statement related to the same.
