Pawan Kalyan's Fitness Secret revealed
In one of his latest interviews, power star Pawan Kalyan has spoken at length about his personal and professional lives. He also revealed his fitness secret.
Being a black belt holder in karate, Pawan Kalyan said that he still practices martial arts and he credited it for helping him stay discipline.
Pawan follows a strict Sathvik diet, which consists of having only one meal per day for six months in a year. To maintain the calorie intake, he eats a lot of fruits.
Pawan Kalyan further said that he doesn’t socialize much and he uses all that conserved energy in his work to give his best.
Coming to films, after Sardaar Gabbar Singh bombed at box office, Pawan is gearing up to launch his next movie in the direction of SJ Surya.
